This CEMA-developed warning label alerts personnel that operating without a lineshaft guard in place can cause severe injury.

Label Wording:
WARNING – Operating without lineshaft guard can cause severe injury – KEEP GUARD IN PLACE

Placement

Used near exposed lineshaft sections iin conjunction with label CHR951023, to indicate that a guard was supplied and must remain in place during operation.

Duty Rating – Regular-Duty

Intended for interior industrial applications. Regular-duty labels feature:

  • 1 mil clear polypropylene laminate

Construction (All CEMA Safety Labels)

  • UV resistant inks

  • 4 mil white vinyl face stock (high tack permanent)

  • I406-K permanent adhesive

  • Service range: –40° to +200°F

  • Applies at +50°F or above

  • High adhesion to stainless steel, aluminum, painted surfaces, and plastics
