This CEMA-developed conveyor guard warning label alerts personnel that exposed moving parts can cause severe injury and that power must be locked out before removing a guard.

It is intended for installation on removable guards where operation of the machinery with guards removed would expose hazardous components.

Placement Guidance

To be placed on removable guards to warn that operating the machinery with guards removed may expose chains, belts, gears, shafts, pulleys, couplings, and similar components that create serious hazards.
