This CEMA-developed conveyor danger label warns personnel that climbing, sitting, walking, or riding on a conveyor can result in severe injury or death.

It is intended for installation on conveyors that present accessible surfaces or profiles that may attract unsafe behavior.

DANGER: Climbing, sitting, walking, or riding on conveyor at any time will cause severe injury or death. KEEP OFF

Placement Guidance

To be placed at intervals not exceeding 20-foot centers along conveyors that provide surfaces and profiles attractive, but hazardous, for climbing, sitting, walking, or riding.

Orientation

Horizontal format for standard conveyor frame placement.

Duty Rating – Regular-Duty

Intended for interior industrial applications.
Regular-duty labels include a 1 mil clear polypropylene laminate

• UV resistant inks

• 4 mil white vinyl face stock (high tack permanent)

• I406-K permanent adhesive

• Service temperature range: –40° to +200°F

• Minimum application temperature: +50°F

• High adhesion to stainless steel, aluminum, painted surfaces, and plastics
