This CEMA-developed conveyor cover warning label alerts personnel that walking or standing on conveyor covers or gratings can result in severe injury.

It is intended for use on conveyors equipped with covers or grating systems that may appear walkable but are not designed to support personnel.

Label Wording:
WARNING: Walking or standing on conveyor covers or gratings can cause severe injury. STAY OFF.

Placement Guidance

To be placed inside the guarded area so that the label is visible when the guard is removed and not visible when the guard is properly replaced. Exact placement is determined by the manufacturer; CEMA does not prescribe a specific mounting location for this label.

Duty Rating – Severe-Duty

Suitable for harsh interior or exterior use. Severe-duty labels feature:
